FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Ventilator tracking is now immediately available for all Admit Control customers. This includes visibility on the main Admit Control bed board, custom BedWatch Boards, and on associated edit screens & pop-ups.
The visibility includes enhancements to provide icons to show ventilator usage along with timers indicating the duration of ventilator usage for each patient. Duration can be displayed in hours or days depending on facility preference.

How do I activate this new feature?
This feature is already turned on for all existing customers of Admit Control. No additional action is needed to enable this new feature.
How Do I Start Using This?
Follow these steps:
- Click Edit on the patient
- Check the Ventilator Box & Set the Date & Time
- Click Update

How can I create a Custom BedWatch bed board to track my vented patients?
You can do this in two ways:
- Go to BedWatch Boards under your user menu and use the wizard to create a new board.
- Contact help@bedwatch.com and we can create a board for you within a few minutes.
