BedWatch Bed Control now features an optional Daily KPI Report, which tracks key performance indicators and allows managers to set threshold times for each point in the bed turnover process. Hospitals using BedWatch Admit Control and BedWatch Transport Control in addition to Bed Control can view time durations across those processes, as well.

Discharge cleans, patient placements, or patient transports that take longer than the pre-determined goal will display in yellow or red, depending on how long the task is taking. The data contained in the Daily KPI Report is fully exportable to Excel, CSV, or PDF formats, making it easy for hospital leaders to filter and more closely analyze the data.

This feature is available to all Bed Control users — if you’d like to activate the Daily KPI Report for your hospital, please contact your account manager.

BedWatch Admit Control users now have access to an expanded Request Queue screen, which is designed to toggle and expand the view to display the Request Detail Log, which provides additional information, including who submitted the request, who made the bed assignment, and who placed the patient.

This feature makes it easy for hospital users to quickly see all relevant information around a specific patient placement, including all individuals involved, taking any guesswork out of the process.
