BedWatch Online Help Center Provides Users with Support & Resources 24/7

In addition to our 24/7 technical support team, BedWatch also provides partners with access to a password-protected Help Site, which contains the most current training resources and best practices information.

When a user is logged in to BedWatch, he or she simply has to click on the  main menu drop down to find a button for the Help Center.

Once inside the Help Center, partners have access to the most up-to-date training manuals, videos, support resources, and frequently asked questions. While our 24/7 support team is always available, the Help Center adds another layer of support for our hospital partner, and provides easy access to a wide range of helpful materials.
