At BedWatch, we understand that technology in the healthcare setting is only effective to the extent that it is adopted. In addition to on-site training during the Go Live phase, BedWatch Training Directors conduct monthly training webinars to provide support and additional training to each of our hospital partners, and to train newly-hired managers and team members, as needed.
The next BedWatch EVS Manager Training Webinar will be held at 9:00 am CST / 10 am EST on Tuesday, May 10.
Our monthly training webinars take place the second Tuesday of each month, and are focused on providing additional training and resources for EVS managers and any other hospital leaders who require it. These training webinars provide the opportunity for EVS department leaders to ask questions and to discuss their specific needs or issues with one of our training specialists.
Depending on the needs of the attendees, the training sessions typically consist of a refresher course for those familiar with our tools, a more comprehensive training overview for new team members or managers, or a Q&A covering topics such as best practices, daily use cases, running reports and managing dashboards, troubleshooting process-related issues, or any other areas where they may need additional training and support.
