1. Call-in Updates / IVR Now Supports Multiple Languages
Modules Affected: Bed Control
Many BedWatch® Bed Control housekeeping & EVS users update the Bed Board by calling in status updates using an IVR connection via the hospital’s in-room phones. We are proud to now offer separate call-in lines and prompts for multiple languages, including Spanish (both Latin American and Castilian versions), French, Mandarin, and more, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience for all BedWatch® users, regardless of their native language.
